Not a new thing to put decals on captured craft...in ww2 captured spitfires were given swastikas and tested by the enemy aircraft flight people...so why wouldnt the usaf, put their decals on captured ufo’s...it infers to people that the usaf created them, therefore no further fact finding your curiosity would be satisfied.
